Norfolk Southern GP38-2 added to our prototype fleet

Another GP38-2 has been added to the NERW fleet. This one is in Norfolk Southern livery. Uses the Horse Head logo and has a white number board face. This is not a quite acurate model as the real NS GP38-2s have the head light in the roof and not the nose as this model is depicted. Liberties were taken to complete this repaint.
