I tried several times to submit a work order for Northeast Corridor 4.0 but each time it tells me "Work Order Not Found in Database. Process Failed. Go Back and Try Again".

I select Northeast Corridor 4.0 from the combo box on the first screen, choose my work order from the next combo box (NENE-110-SF02a) fill in time (2.3) and date (2005-12-04), hit submit and get the aforementioned error every time.

If I pick a different work order from the list, it acts like it will go ahead and work properly, so it looks like there's a problem with just the one I am trying to submit.

As the link no longer works where are you linking from?

The testing centre is being upgraded and should be back online in the near future.

Bear, I think you're saying that you're trying to submit a timeslip for that work order, and the timeslip system is rejecting it.

I just tried it, and the same thing happened to me (just as you described).

Sorry, I see what you mean. I was brain dead (or to much paint fumes) when I wrote that. I will check it out for you.

Ok, I figured out what is going one. It is missing the link to the engine. Do you remember what engine you were using?

Thanks for the help, Brian. Here is the lead engine used in work order NENE-110-SF02a:

NX ATSF C44-9W 621 (NX_D9_ATSF\ATSF621.ENG)

This engine is also used in two more work orders in this series NENJ-110-SF02b and NEER-110-SF02c. You might want to check those while you are at it just in case they have the same problem.

Thanks,
Ted

Ok, the site wasn't down at work today so the problem should be fixed now, go try it out and let me know if there are any other problems.

I successfully filed that time slip. Thanks for straightening that out, Brian.
