Can,t locate download for: Material Handling. Need for WO NEOW 004-MCC-01d please. I tried ; but it says that I have downloaded that already. My problem is that I have lost a lot of the wag. files & I,m trying to recover. Is there any way that I can get a reset for downloaded files and start over?

If you go into NETS and then to Work Order Search Centre, then click on Search by Work Order Name, then find the work order you want (in this case NEOW-004-01d-MCC), then click on Equipment, you will get a new, smaller window with the list of downloads needed for that work order (and for any other work order - items that you have already downloaded will be shown as such).

The final item at the bottom of that list is shown as "Material Handling". Click on the Download button, and you can download the zip file for that item.

You will find at least one other way of finding hard-to-find equipment if you explore the possibilities in NETS and its various menu items.

I tried but Nets says that its already been downloaded &won't let me download. Would it be possible to get the download site reset. Somehow most of my wag. and eng. files have disappeared from my trainset files & I am trying to download the NERR files from the roster?

You don't need to have a reset. You can redownload anything through the roster. Log into NETS, select the roster link, select boxcars and then search through the page for the Material Handling car and you can download it there.

I'd also strongly suggest that you keep the zip files that you download in a safe place so that, if you lose files from your MSTS installation, you can get them back from your stored files. In fact, you should keep a backup of your total MSTS installation somewhere safe.
