There is another similar route called Priest River Railroad available from train-sim.com by the same author, Kip Crawford. Just do a file search for prrr2-5.zip.
If I'm not mistaken NERR Hoodoo Pass is just Priest River Railroad with a few extra tweaks added in. But mostly the same thing.

From what i read on here they took that route off of train-sim.com at the request of the author.

It's in the works. Nels is relunctant to remove them. I said remove them anyway. I am just getting way too much e-mail concerning there file base and wanting upgrades or support. Just don't have time anymore and plus...I no longer have these files loaded on my system including MSTS. 
In my opinion: NERR's version is better.

I am still stumped as how to download NERR Hoodoo
I go to the page where it lists it, but there is no active link.
I am new to your site so sorry for the obvious ?!
question
And I reckon I'll have trouble with the other exclusive routes until this is sorted out

When you sign into NETS, scroll down to Roster and click on it. Once you get into roster, click on routes. Scroll down to the NERR Hoodo Pass (there are multiple parts), click on the blue links.
I've just tried it and it comes up with NEPR in the name of the zip files.
There are 5 files in total NEPR01.zip, NEPR02.zip, NEPR03.zip, NEPR04.zip and HP-Sigview.zip
Hope that helps.
