Route Riter and Windows 7 ?

I get the following error when R R attempts to run the token batch file... Windows 7 has a Microsoft.net folder, so I am making the foolish assumption I have Net framework....

I had to run this as Administrator as it explains in the help file.

I haven't used RR yet, but it opens without errors once I performed all the tricks suggested in its help file.
