Hi
I have tried many times to complete this activity and there are many ways that should be possible but I havent figured it out because each time I think I have managed it, either a red light is on and permission is denied or the points wont switch.
As it stands I have backed the full cars onto the waiting three in the siding. I have the six empties to move but there's a red light barring me from doing so. I notice the 4 car sprinter train is still waiting for permission on an adjacent track.

I went to the thread and someone actually gave instructions on how to complete the activity. However where I needed detail instructions they dont exist.
The point is when the engines with the three full cars crosses onto the main. When you back up into the siding and the wye the points wont set when shift G is pressed.
Have I done something wrong if so what? I dont understand what is stopping the points from setting to allow the three full cars into the siding with the rest of the train.
any ideas? |
